Who We Are

This website is a concept project operated by Sylvain Druaux, who is responsible for the personal data described here. For any question about it, write to contact@kadestudio.co.

Information We Collect

Only what you send through the contact form: your name, email address, the services you're interested in, your budget and your message. This website sets no cookies of its own and uses no analytics or advertising trackers.

How We Use It

Solely to read and answer your inquiry. We process it because you asked us to reply (steps taken at your request, GDPR article 6(1)(b)). It is never used for marketing, never sold, and shared only with the services below, which process it on our behalf.

Services We Rely On

  • Cloudflare hosts the website and keeps short-lived technical logs of requests. On the contact page, its Turnstile check tells people from bots using technical information from your browser, such as your IP address. It also forwards emails sent to contact@kadestudio.co to our mailbox.
  • Resend delivers the contact form's message to our mailbox.
  • Proton hosts that mailbox, in Switzerland.
  • Cloudinary streams the video on the home page, and receives your IP address as any website you visit does.

How Long We Keep It

Messages are kept only as long as needed to answer and follow up on them, then deleted.

International Transfers

Cloudflare, Resend and Cloudinary are based in the United States, so your data may be processed there, under the safeguards these providers offer under the GDPR, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. Proton is based in Switzerland, which the European Union recognizes as protecting personal data adequately.

Your Rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to contact@kadestudio.co. You may also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (in France, the CNIL).
